Missed-call text-back for any business that can’t always pick up

Every missed call answered.

$79/month

About $2.60 a day, locked while you stay subscribed.

Or prepay $790/year and save two months. Still no contract - 30-day money-back guarantee on your first year (one per business), 14-day window on each renewal.

Month to month. No contract. No setup fee. Cancel anytime, in the app or with one email. You won’t be charged until your number is live and texting, and that day starts your free month. The yearly plan adds a 30-day money-back guarantee (one guarantee refund per business), and yearly renewals have their own 14-day full-refund window. Both plans renew automatically until you cancel (the monthly plan each month and the yearly plan at $790/year), and we email you a reminder before each yearly renewal.

What’s included

Every line below is in the $79 plan. The Features page walks through what each one actually does, in the order it happens.

The BeepBack Overview: an estimated dollar value from this week’s qualified leads, missed calls, leads qualified, ready to book, booked, a chart of missed calls per day, and recent activity

The first screen you see. What was caught, what’s booked, and what it’s worth so far this week, on your laptop or your phone. The actual portal, seeded with demo data.

  • Text-back in seconds In your name, from a dedicated number registered to your business. Only when you miss the call.
  • A greeting, not dead air When your line hands BeepBack the missed call, the caller hears a short spoken line in your business’s name, then the text arrives. Your words, your pick of voice, and a "Call me to hear it" button.
  • It asks what you’d ask The job, how soon (emergencies flagged), the address, and the name. The same approved wording every time; an AI never composes replies on the fly.
  • Voicemail that becomes a lead Callers who’d rather talk leave a message. BeepBack transcribes it and files it in your inbox as a lead you can read or play.
  • Leads, already written up Every missed call becomes a lead with an AI summary and the details pulled out, sorted by how soon they need you. Search it, filter it by date, archive what’s done.
  • Alerts that escalate Text, email, and app the moment they reply. An unopened possible emergency rings your cell. Choose text, email, or both for every alert, and add a second person.
  • Call back, book, or pass, in one tap Call the lead from the card. Book it and the caller gets a confirmation text. Can’t take it? Decline with a reason and, if you like, a courteous text goes out.
  • Offer times by text Pick two or three slots and BeepBack asks which one works. The answer comes back to you, and the times you offered become one-tap picks when you book.
  • Take over any conversation Jump in and the assistant pauses. Your reply goes out from your business number, and up to eight saved quick replies send in two taps.
  • Your after-hours fee, in writing Optional: emergencies outside your hours get your call-out fee quoted by text and answer YES or NO. You keep the receipt.
  • Booked jobs on a calendar Day, week, month, and schedule views, plus the leads still waiting on a time. Subscribe to it from Google, Apple, or Outlook.
  • Every caller, remembered A contacts list with job history, notes only you see, lifetime revenue, and CSV export. Repeat callers are flagged as returning customers.
  • Mark it won, ask for the review Enter what the job was worth, and send a one-tap Google review request in the same breath if you like.
  • Your wording Rewrite the questions and system messages in the app, with a live preview and a character counter. If a caller replies in Spanish, one switch keeps the questions going in Spanish.
  • Business hours Set them once. Callers who reach you closed get a text that says when you reopen.
  • Quiet hours One switch, and late-night texts go out at 9 AM instead.
  • Vacation mode Heading out? Text-backs pause and pick back up on the date you set. You still get your alerts.
  • Never a double-text A repeat call lands in the same thread. No caller gets more than three unanswered texts in a day. Inside a single conversation, someone who never replies gets one reminder and nothing after it, and even that reminder is a switch.
  • Pause anytime Stop the texting until you flip it back, or pause texting and billing for up to three months. Everything resumes automatically.
  • A live scoreboard, and a Monday one Your Overview adds up calls caught, leads qualified, jobs booked and won, and the estimate behind them, with a chart of the week. Every Monday it lands in your inbox; a report card every month.
  • Built for a phone, in English or Spanish The whole portal fits a phone screen and runs in the browser you already have. Flip it to Spanish in one tap; the texts to callers stay in English.
  • Why your texts land A local number registered to your business. We do the paperwork, and STOP always works.

All twenty-two lines. $79/month flat. No per-text charges, no cap on missed calls or conversations, $0 setup, no contract. Spam calls are screened out and never cost you anything, in dollars or in stats. Email support with a same-day human reply, in English or Spanish.

How much does BeepBack cost?

BeepBack costs $79 a month, flat, per business location. That covers every missed call texted back, the full two-way conversation with the caller, and a texting number registered to your business with the carriers. There are no setup fees, no per-text charges, and no contract. Your first month is free, starting the day your texting goes live, so billing begins only after that.

One saved booking pays for months.

The payback depends on your average ticket.

$150 one saved booking covers almost 2 months.
$300 almost 4 months.
$500 over 6 months.

Your real ticket is on your last invoice, and last week’s missed calls are still in your phone. Multiply the two.

Big software suites sell missed-call text-back as one feature among fifty. Podium is reported at roughly $399–599 a month as of mid-2026, and GoHighLevel’s own plans run $97–497 before agency markup (see what Podium actually costs, the GoHighLevel comparison, and what to look for in missed-call text-back software); across the wider market, comparable plans run about $199 to $749 a month as of mid-2026, often plus setup fees. BeepBack does the one thing that saves the booking, for $79.

Business phone apps come at it from the other side: a seat can cost less than $79 a month, and per-seat pricing is fair for software your whole crew logs into. For the missed call, though, the seat buys an auto-reply. One pre-written text goes out, the caller’s reply lands in an inbox for someone on your team to answer, and in a two-person shop that someone is you. Software that carries the conversation for you is sold too, usually as its own tier or add-on above the seat price, as of August 2026. BeepBack is only that conversation: $79 flat for the whole business, no seats to count, carrier registration included.

The missed-call conversation, complete at $79. Nothing else to learn or babysit.

Your rate is locked

The rate you start at is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. It is $79 now. New signups will pay $99 after this, and when that changes we’ll post it here the same day.

How you leave, if you ever do

Cancel yourself in the app: no phone call, no typing CANCEL, no are-you-sure loop. You’ll see at most one offer to pause instead, then you’re out at the end of the period you’ve paid for, with an undo right up until then. Yearly refunds are the exception: cancel inside the yearly plan’s 30-day guarantee (one per business) or a renewal’s 14-day window and the plan ends right away with your money back. For 30 days after your plan ends you can still sign in and export your leads, and your texting number stays parked: email hello@getbeepback.com in that window and we’ll port it out to you. Your goodbye email includes the carrier code that turns call forwarding off, so your line goes back to exactly how it behaved before BeepBack.

Pricing questions

When does billing start?
When your number is live and texting, not when you sign up. The phone carriers take about two weeks to verify your business for texting, sometimes longer, and that time is on us. The day your texting goes live is the day your free month starts, so your first charge comes about a month after that.
How do I cancel?
Cancel yourself from your BeepBack dashboard, or email hello@getbeepback.com. Either way it takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, with two exceptions: cancel a yearly plan within its 30-day guarantee (one guarantee refund per business) and it ends right away with a full refund, and yearly renewals have their own 14-day full-refund window. No phone tree, no retention script.
Is there a free trial or a guarantee?
Both. Monthly and yearly each start with a free month when your texting goes live, you’re never charged during setup, and you can cancel anytime. The yearly plan adds a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of your first yearly charge and we refund it in full (one guarantee refund per business). Yearly renewals have their own 14-day full-refund window.
I’m a sole proprietor with no LLC or EIN. Can I sign up?
Yes, and you’re most of who we built this for. No LLC or EIN needed: the carriers verify you personally with a one-time code texted to your cell, and we never ask for your Social Security number. Same $79 flat.
Are there per-text charges?
No. There’s no cap on missed calls or conversations. The only limit on volume is a courtesy rule: a caller never gets more than three texts they didn’t reply to in one day, and inside any one conversation, a caller who never replies gets a single reminder and nothing after it. Rather not text customers late at night? Quiet hours is one switch in Settings.
Will my rate go up?
No. Your $79 is locked the day you sign up and stays locked while you stay subscribed. The only thing that can change your bill is a tax or a carrier fee, passed through at cost with 30 days' notice.
